- 退換貨政策 Return and Exchange Policy -

If you are not satisfied with the order items, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues

l Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

l To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

l Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sold out or unavailable items

l If any individual item(s) purchased by you are sold out or unavailable, you will have the option to either wait for a restock, exchange the item for another one that is available, or request a refund for the unavailable item. If you purchase multiple items in a single order, and one or more of the items are not available, you can only request a refund for the unavailable items. Please note that once the items in your order have been purchased by us, they cannot be refunded.

Refunds

l We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any product may have small flaws eg. Indentations, small stains, small color flicks/marks, and color differences. It may not be 100% perfect.
